Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, a leading civil defense litigation law firm with offices in Florida and more than 500 lawyers, has added three lawyers to its Tampa office. Shareholder Alicia Caridi relocated to Tampa from the firm’s Mt. Laurel, N.J. office, while Jennifer L. Hutchins and Jennifer Wilson join as Associates.
Alicia Caridi, Shareholder,is co-chair of Marshall Dennehey's Amusements, Sports and Recreation Liability Practice Group, representing waterparks, theme parks, roller skating rinks, trampoline and climbing wall attractions, and other entities when claims are brought against them. She is also experienced in the defense of general casualty matters. She earned dual law and master’s degrees from Florida State University College of Law. Ms. Caridi is admitted to practice law in Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Jennifer L. Hutchins, Associate, joins the firm's Casualty Department representing many large insurance carriers and their insureds. She defends clients in litigation involving automobile liability, premise liability, and other general liability matters. A graduate of Stetson University College of Law, Ms. Hutchins is admitted to practice law in Florida.
Jennifer Wilson, Associate, is a member of the firm’s Amusements, Sports and Recreation Liability Practice Group. Her clients include waterparks, theme parks, recreational attractions, amusement and sports facilities, and other entities facing a claim against their businesses. She received her J.D. and L.L.M. from Stetson University College of Law and is admitted to practice law in Florida as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida.
