JLL today announces Senior Managing Director Ryan Hoyt will lead JLL Industrial Brokerage in Atlanta. Throughout his 18 years in the commercial real estate industry, Hoyt has facilitated more than 35 million square feet of industrial transactions across the Atlanta region. JLL’s current Industrial Leader, Managing Director Wit Truitt, a 33-year industry veteran and one of JLL’s top producers, will be transitioning into a role where he can continue to help grow the team, mentor JLL’s talented pool of younger brokers, and focus on his clients.

As Senior Managing Director for JLL, Hoyt will take over leading one of Atlanta’s largest industrial real estate brokerages with more than $1.6 billion in annual sales and leasing transactions. Despite uncertainty created by the pandemic, Atlanta has continued to experience robust industrial momentum, having added more than 21 million square feet of new deals this year so far.

Hoyt began his career in brokerage with Grubb & Ellis, TPA Realty Services and Jackson Oats Shaw Corporate Real Estate, LCC. Before joining JLL, Hoyt served as Vice President, Leasing Officer for Prologis, where he was responsible for leasing the company’s Atlanta and Savannah portfolios. Throughout his career, Hoyt has consistently ranked as a Top 10 Producer with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR). In 2014 and 2017, he was named a Top Producer by NAIOP. He currently serves as a board member for NAIOP, ACBR and The Shepherd Center, as well as vice chairman for Gateway 85 Community Improvement District.
