Victress Capital, a venture capital firm focused on investing in early-stage consumer companies with diverse management teams, today announced that Madeline Keulen has joined the firm as Vice President. In this new role, Madeline will be a key member of the investment team where she will focus on expanding Victress’ sourcing network, leading the firm’s diligence processes, and working closely with portfolio companies to support their needs.

Madeline first joined Victress Capital as an MBA Associate in January 2018, and since then, has developed a strong relationship with the firm’s Managing Partners, Lori Cashman and Suzanne Norris as well as the firm’s portfolio companies.

Madeline recently graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School (HBS) where she was very active in the venture ecosystem, serving as a Rock Venture Partner and leading the Venture Capital arm for the HBS Women in Investing club. Prior to HBS, Madeline served as a Venture Fellow at G51 and was a consultant at Oliver Wyman (OW), where she advised some of the world’s largest firms on growth strategy, operations, and post-merger integration.
