The buyer was an individual/personal trust that is based in California.

DaVita Medical Office is located at 2485 Park Central Blvd in Decatur, GA. This 100% leased location is anchored by DaVita with Southwest Atlanta Nephrology and The Progressive Dental Group also occupying space in the building.
