Space 530, Midtown Manhattan’s premier, full-service private office space and co-working environment has quickly become the main hub for new and expanding technology and creative firms. Launched by women entrepreneurs Anna Auerbach and Annie Dean, Werk is a first-of-its-kind people analytics software for workplace flexibility. The company, which equips organizations with new data and insights on flexibility and its business impact, will house their New York City headquarters in the office space.

RTK.io, a programmatic infrastructure and advertising operations company dedicated to making ad tech more efficient by taking media fees out of the equation will relocate its headquarters to Space 530.

Finally, Reich+Petch, a multi-disciplinary design consultancy based in Toronto, will house its first New York City operations in the space.
