International arbitration attorney Emma Lindsay has joined Withers as a partner in the firm's New York office. Emma joins Withers from Bryan Cave, where she led the International Arbitration team.
Emma is an international dispute resolution lawyer specializing in investor-state arbitration and international commercial arbitration. She represents corporate, sovereign, and individual clients in numerous jurisdictions, under various applicable laws, and across a wide range of industries, including energy, infrastructure, insurance, pharmaceuticals, tourism, hospitality and financial services.
