Bristol Hospice, a portfolio Company of Webster Capital, is pleased to announce its acquisition of the Colorado operations of Suncrest Hospice LLC, the largest for-profit hospice provider in Colorado with four locations in Colorado that service an average daily census of 650+ patients. This acquisition does not involve any operations outside Colorado that operate under the name Suncrest.

The Colorado operations of Suncrest represent the second acquisition by Bristol Hospice this year, following the acquisition of Optimal Health Services earlier in July. Bristol Hospice is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah and will provide services from 23 locations across eight states. Webster invested in Bristol Hospice in November 2017 with the goal of providing the highest quality care hospice and palliative care services to meet the physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs of individuals at the end of life.
