Denver-based Guild Education, a provider of an education benefits platform for working adults, announced it has raised $40 million in Series C funding. Felicis Ventures led the round, with additional investment from Salesforce Ventures, Workday Ventures, Rethink Impact & Education and Silicon Valley Bank. Existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Harrison Metal and Cowboy Ventures also joined the round. The company, founded in 2015, has now raised $71.5 million in total funding. As part of the latest round, Wesley Chan, managing director at Felicis, has joined the board.
