New York City-based CTRL-labs, which is developing transformative neural interface technology, has raised $28 million in Series A financing, according to a spokesperson for the company. Lux Capital and GV led the round with participation from other investors that included Vulcan Capital, Founders Fund, the Amazon Alexa Fund, Spark Capital, Matrix Partners, Breyer Capital and Fuel Capital.
