WCRE is pleased to have successfully represented Owl Electronic Recycling, Inc. in the leasing 71,505 square feet of warehouse/industrial space located at the East Greenville Business Center, 688 Gravel Pike, East Greenville, Pennsylvania.

Owl Electronic Recycling, Inc. will use the space to combine their current operations in Georgia and China. They recycle electronic components into usable material for new products.

The East Greenville Business Center owned and operated by Suburban Management Co., Inc. is a 420,000 square foot industrial building located on PA Route 29 in the Upper Perkiomen Valley. It is within close proximity to I-476, I-78 and PA Route 100. Ownership plans to extensively renovate this well located property into a multi-tenant industrial facility.
