LAKE COMO, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Four Springs Capital, LLC announced today that it has hired Gregory Kammerer as Senior Vice President on its capital markets team. Mr. Kammerer will focus his efforts on representing Four Springs transactions primarily with family offices and institutional investors.

Mr. Kammerer brings nearly a decade of experience working with family offices and institutions within the real estate and private equity sectors. Prior to joining Four Springs Capital, Mr. Kammerer worked at a private equity real estate fund, working on nearly $500,000,000 of value add real estate transactions. Mr. Kammerer rejoins Four Springs Capital where he originally started his career.

Mr. Kammerer graduated cum laude from Monmouth University, where he was a member of their track & field team. Mr. Kammerer earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law where he focused his studies on taxation and securities law. Additionally, Mr. Kammerer is a trustee of Sigma Tau Gamma Foundation where he serves on the Investment and Audit Committees.
