Defi SOLUTIONS said it raised $55 million of Series C financing in a round from Bain Capital Ventures. The deal included both direct and secondary transactions.

The Texas company that develops loan origination software for the auto industry will use the capital for product development, to expand facilities, and grow its employee base by nearly 50 percent in 2018.
