Fintrax Group, which is backed by Eurazeo, has agreed to acquire Planet Payment for $4.50 per share or $250 million, according to an announcement on FT Partners‘ site. FT Partners advised Planet Payment on the transaction. Based in New York, Planet Payment is a provider of international and multi-currency processing services.
