One Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm, today announced that its portfolio company Lutech, a leading Italian IT system integration and solutions provider, has completed its acquisition of Milan-based system integration and IT infrastructure provider Sinergy SpA. On the back of the growing need for IT expertise throughout Western Europe, the acquisition strengthens Lutech’s strong position in its Italian home market.
