High Road Capital Partners Names Nicholas W. Martino Partner and Eojin Lee VP

High Road Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, today announced the addition of Nicholas W. Martino as Partner and Eojin Lee as Vice President.

Mr. Martino will serve as an Operating Partner and assist portfolio management teams with creating and implementing strategies designed to produce best-in-class performance and accelerate revenue growth. He serves on the boards of directors of High Road portfolio companies SMB Machinery Systems (www.smbsales.com) and Midwest Wholesale Hardware (www.midwestwholesale.com).

Mr. Martino has held executive positions in public- and private-sector organizations and led operating performance improvement in private equity backed turnaround assignments. Prior to joining High Road, Mr. Martino served as Group President at ITW, where he managed a portfolio of businesses in more than a dozen countries. Mr. Martino actively serves on the governing board of his regional United Way office.

Mr. Martino received a B.S. from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from the Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science.

Mr. Lee joins High Road as a Vice President and is responsible for transaction execution and portfolio company oversight.

Mr. Lee previously served as a Vice President at D Cubed Group and as an Associate with Audax Group. He started his career as a management consultant at Monitor Deloitte (formerly Monitor Group).

Mr. Lee received a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
