Smith has more than 25 years of healthcare transaction experience as an M&A advisor and as an executive officer of healthcare operating companies. He has expertise advising public and private companies as well as private equity firms, and his transaction experience includes medical devices, medical equipment and healthcare services. Phil has served on boards both as an independent director and as CEO.
Stormoen has more than 15 years of experience in both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and in raising public and private capital for medical device, diagnostic, healthcare service and healthcare IT companies. Throughout his career, Adam has advised on more than 30 M&A transactions and has been involved in more than 40 capital raises that resulted in over $3 billion in new capital.
