San Francisco and Israel-based Xplenty, a data integration service, has raised $4 million in funding. The investors were Bain Capital Ventures, True Ventures, Rembrandt Venture Partners, Magma Venture Partners and Waarde Capital. In addition to the funding, Bill Lehmann of Bain Capital Ventures has been added to Xplenty’s board of directors. Also, Xplenty has acquired Driven Inc, a provider of big data application development and performance management solutions. No financial terms were disclosed.
