Mooreland Partners (http://www.moorelandpartners.com), the leading independent investment bank providing M&A and private capital advisory services to the global technology industry, today announced that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Autonomic Controls on its sale to SnapAV, a portfolio company of General Atlantic.

Autonomic is a leading expert in music streaming and multi-room audio solutions, with a proven track record in the custom-install channel.
