Rinse is acquiring the assets of California-based Washio, an on-demand laundry service that shut down in late August, the latter announced on its website. No financial terms were disclosed. A dry cleaning and laundry service based in San Francisco, Rinse has a wide number of backers that include Arena Ventures, ff Venture Capital, Great Oaks Venture Capital, Accelerator Ventures, MESA Ventures, Expansion Venture Capital, Rothenberg Ventures, Base Ventures, Structure Capital and Otter Rock Capital.
