CVC Capital Partners, announced today that certain investors of Univar Inc., including Univar N.V., an investment vehicle managed by CVC and indirectly owned by funds advised by CVC and certain other co-investors, have agreed to sell 21 million shares of common stock of Univar Inc.. CVC anticipates that the transaction will settle on August 18, 2016, subject to satisfaction of certain conditions.
