With the acquisition, Breezeworks will acquire Prompt.ly’s mobile app business and transition Prompt.ly users onto the Breezeworks platform over the coming months. Eli-Shaoul Khedouri, co-founder and CTO of Prompt.ly, will also join the Breezeworks Advisory Board.
