Harmony Partners-backed Breezeworks Acquires Prompt.ly’s App Business

SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Breezeworks, the leading service business automation platform, today announced that it has acquired field software competitor Prompt.ly’s app business. Known as the “OpenTable for services”, Prompt.ly established a strong foothold amongst small service businesses, gaining tens of thousands of users. With the acquisition, Breezeworks will acquire Prompt.ly’s mobile app business and transition Prompt.ly users onto the Breezeworks platform over the coming months. Eli-Shaoul Khedouri, co-founder and CTO of Prompt.ly, will also join the Breezeworks Advisory Board.
