FirstMark Capital has raised a total of $480 million for two separate funds, managing director Amish Jani announced in a blog post on the venture firm’s site. FirstMark IV, which targets early-stage investments, raised $275 million while FirstMark OF II, which focuses on backing companies as they scale, closed at $205 million.
