B6 Real Estate Advisors (B6), an investment sales and capital advisory brokerage firm led by industry veteran Paul J. Massey Jr., today announced the appointment of Steven Sperandio as Partner and Senior Managing Director. Mr. Sperandio will lead a team of debt mortgage experts in the firm’s capital advisory division.

A skilled finance professional, Mr. Sperandio brings over eight years of experience in debt structuring, underwriting, due diligence and loan closing to the growing capital advisory team at B6 Real Estate Advisors. Most recently, he served in the Debt & Structured Finance Group at Newmark Knight Frank. Prior to his role at Newmark, he held the position of Vice President at Cantor Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Sperandio also worked as an analyst for American International Group (AIG).

As Senior Managing Director focusing on B6’s capital advisory practice, Sperandio will utilize his extensive history in loan origination, debt placement and valuation to source debt and equity for B6’s clients. Steven’s skill base in debt placement stems from his eight-plus years of lender experience, which included loan sizing, underwriting and due diligence on over $6 billion of balance sheet and CMBS financings.
Sperandio earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Pace University. He also holds an M.B.A from the University of Miami with a dual concentration in finance and real estate.
