Danish Hair Loss Treatment Company to Open its First New York City Office Clinic and Showroom in the Boutique Building
Thor Equities, a global leader in urban real estate development, leasing and management, has leased the entire third floor at 139 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District to Harklinikken, company executives announced today.
The Danish company, which offers customized hair loss treatments for men and women, is opening its first New York City office clinic and showroom in the 5,745-square-foot prebuilt space.

139 Fifth Avenue is ideally located between Madison Square Park and Union Square. The 34,000-square-foot office and retail building owned by Thor Equities features an elegant attended lobby, as well as close proximity to numerous subway lines.
Other tenants in the building include technology company Bitly, Eva Scrivo Salon, and Verizon located on the ground and lower levels.
Thor Equities owns additional properties on Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District including 164 Fifth Avenue and 172 Fifth Avenue, as well as 933 Broadway near 22nd Street.
