HSP’s Vicki Freeman and NAI Mertz’s Scott Mertz and John Adderly Arrange 30Ksf Lease for National F&B+ Entertainment Brand At Philadelphia’s Newest Destination Lifestyle Center
Vicki Siokis Freeman, Senior Director/Leasing, HSP Real Estate Group, a member of NAI Global, has arranged a lease for City Winery at Fashion District Philadelphia. It will be the seventh venue for the popular winery and entertainment brand, which has taken a 29,762-square-foot space with a long-term lease at the 838,000-square-foot shopping and lifestyle center being co-developed by Macerich and PREIT in downtown Philadelphia. Working locally with Ms. Freeman on behalf of the tenant were Scott Mertz, President, and John Adderly, Executive Vice President/Managing Director of NAI Mertz. The owners’ representatives were Sean Burke and Chuck Bragitakos of Vibrant Leasing Strategies.

Already signed on are AMC Theatres multiplex and such retail brands as Polo Ralph Lauren, H&M, Skechers, Asics, and Century 21. Among the other food-and-beverage offerings will be Dallas BBQ, Chickie’s & Pete’s, Chick-fil-A, Oath Pizza, Burger Fi, Pei Wei, Freshii and la Madeleine. In addition, it has been announced that City Winery will be one of two full-service restaurants located on Filbert Street and featuring alfresco dining.
