Kraft Heinz has a stable of products that may be the envy of the food products group.

Pricing pressures and Amazon's entrance into the food products value chain via its purchase of Whole Foods are two serious concerns.

We thought shares were overpriced years ago, but they now are about fairly valued, in our view. They yield about 3.9% at the time of this writing.
