Ripco Real Estate (Ripco) today announced that it secured a 2,800 square foot lease for Village Den at 225 West 12th Street in the West Village. The fast-casual diner, a staple in the neighborhood, is being re-opened by “Queer Eye” cast member Antoni Porowski along with partners Eric Marx and Lisle Richards, with a projected opening date for September. While terms were not disclosed, a team of Ripco brokerage professionals, including Lindsay Zegans and Richard Skulnik represented the Village Den in the transaction. Gary and Chris Dana from Douglas Elliman represented ownership.
