MOD Super Fast Pizza leased 2,800 square feet of retail space in Hampton Roads Crossing Shops located at 1013 University Boulevard in Suffolk. Levi Thomson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Kroger Marketplace-anchored Hampton Roads Crossing include: DSW, ULTA, Petco, Five Below, Michael’s, Texas Roadhouse, The Village Inn, Zaxby’s and Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers.
Lease Renewal
Capitol Lighting & Supply renewed its lease for 7,500 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Technology Center located at 813 Diligence Drive in Newport News. Karen Beale, SIOR represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Technology Center include: Casey Auto Group, Newport News Schools, Kelly Services and Hutco, Inc.
