Senior Vice President Jason Bantel, CCIM, of Lee & Associates Central Florida, in an off market transaction that received multiple offers, represented ATCO Group IV in the sale of a 25,814-SF medical office building (MOB) at 14050 Town Loop Blvd, Orlando, FL, 32837.

The largest MOB located within the Hunters Creek/Loop submarket, it was 100% occupied at closing and purchased by an investor for $7.125 million.

“This transaction was a culmination of a 20-year relationship with the ATCO Group. While acting as the leasing agent since 1998, this MOB has experienced unprecedented high occupancy over its life.” Bantel said. “This investor will benefit from a well located building in a submarket known for high concentrations of medical professionals and high barriers to entry.”
