Grossberg Brings Four Decades of Experience and a Plethora of Industry Relationships

Douglas Elliman Commercial is pleased to announce that Anita Grossberg has joined their division, after 13 years with Neal Sroka of Douglas Elliman’s Sroka Worldwide Team. She brings four decades of industry knowledge with her, as well as an innate ability to find clients exactly the space they’re looking for. She will work out of the firm’s 205 East 42nd Street office.

“In the 13 years that I’ve worked with Anita Grossberg, time and time again, she has shown herself to be one of the best tenant representation brokers in the business,” said Sroka.

Grossberg excels at closing difficult deals and her wide variety of clientele, including theaters, nonprofits, and high-profile celebrities, are testaments to that. For example, Grossberg is responsible for finding vacant lots to accommodate the necessary features for the Broadway production of Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812.

“Anita is an outstanding broker and will be a tremendous addition to Douglas Elliman Commercial,” said Louis Puopolo, Senior Broker and Co-Head of Operations for Douglas Elliman Commercial. “Her varied background and longstanding relationships with her clients are wonderful strengths that will benefit the entire division.”

Recent retail deals include Livly at 108 Reade Street, Cailler Chocolate at 408 West 14th Street,
