Aslin Beer Company To Open Beer Garden Neighboring F1rst Residences In Capitol Riverfront On April 5

Grosvenor Americas (Grosvenor), a property investment and development company, and McCaffery Interests, a full-service commercial real estate company, announced today that Herndon-based Aslin Beer Company will open Aslin Beer Garden. The beer garden will be located at the corner of First Street and N Street SE, opposite from Nationals Park. The beer garden will be open during every Washington National’s home game from April 5th through July 8th in addition to other select days. Opening in conjunction with the National’s first home game of the 2018 season, Aslin Beer Garden will offer a variety of their highly beloved beers. Along with their signature beers, there will be unique food offerings as well.

The beer garden is also adjacent to the creative retail mix at Grosvenor, Clark Enterprise, and McCaffery Interest’s F1RST Residences. The ground floor at F1RST features fast-casual eateries Taylor Gourmet, Chop’t, Chipotle, Roti and RASA, and fitness studio [solidcore] and a lease has also been executed with Barre3.
