Julian Acosta boasts 11 years of real estate experience, having worked as a sales agent and regional director for Capital International Realty in Miami and Orlando. He is also an active member of the Miami Association of Realtors and the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA). Originally from Venezuela, Acosta has called Florida “home” since 2001.
Carolina de Cardenas previously worked as a sole proprietor for Star Real Estate and Insurance LLC, located in Miami. Originally from Venezuela, she has lived in Florida for 40 years and has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Florida International University.
Before joining EWM, Marcelo Pizzato Dante worked as a director for Dantas Ind. e com de Sorvetes LTDA, a dairy product manufacturing company in Brazil. Born in Lisbon, Portugal, Dante graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO) with a bachelor’s degree in social communications.
Stephanie Perez Harris joins EWM following a two-year stint as a media manager for Google Inc. in Chicago. A Miami native, Perez Harris graduated from Florida International University with degrees in advertising and marketing.
Maria Ines Marta previously worked as a real estate associate for Century 21 Premier Elite Realty. She is certified in Human Resource Management from the University of Miami and is an active member of both the National Associations of Realtors (NAR) and the Miami Association of Realtors. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Marta has lived in South Florida for four years.
Jennifer Wackenhut calls Miami “home” and has resided in the area for approximately 40 years. Before joining EWM, she was a copywriter for Beber Silverstein Advertising Group in Coral Gables. Wackenhut graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a bachelor’s in advertising and additionally attended the Miami Ad School where she earned a degree in copywriting.
James Wheeler, who hails from Miami and studied computer science at Miami Dade College,previously worked as a property manager for the Village at the Falls Condo Association. Wheeler is an active member of the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) organization.
Katie M. Wheeler most recently worked at Wood & Associates in Miami as a paralegal (since 2015). Originally from Springfield, Ill., Wheeler has lived in Florida for six years and earned a bachelor’s degree from Nova Southeastern University in Davie.
