Dan Monarko joins Smith Brothers Agency as Head of Channel Strategy & Analytics and Milla Stolte joins as Head of Strategy, according to Michael Bollinger, president of the advertising agency.

Monarko comes to Smith Brothers from Pittsburgh-based Cosmitto where he was Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, he spent four years with digital and interactive agency Flying Cork, where he most recently served as Vice President.

Stolte joins Smith Brothers from the Martin Agency where she was Global Strategy Director working on the Mondelez account including Oreo, Ritz Crackers, Chips Ahoy! and Good Thins Rice Crackers. Prior to that, Stolte spent three years in the Boston office of Arnold Worldwide as Executive Vice President, Head of Brand Strategy on the New Balance, Carnival Cruise Lines, Fidelity Investments and Ocean Spray accounts.

Bollinger explains the additions, “The agency’s strength in social strategy and content marketing led to growing client demand for orchestration of these disciplines with Dan’s expertise in channel strategy and analytics. It takes creativity to jump from information to an idea. The agency has always been recognized for the strength of its creative product. Milla is a foundational investment in making our core competency stronger than ever. She also brings a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and can help us weave stronger brand narratives across it.”
