Team led by Christa Huffstickler will market 73 high-end condos in Midtown Atlanta
Engel & Völkers Atlanta has been selected to handle the sales and marketing of 40 West 12th in Midtown Atlanta, the luxury condo building in Selig Enterprise’s large planned mixed-use development in the city’s core. Homes will be priced from the $500,000s up to $1.3 million, targeting the underserved “move-up” market in Midtown.

The condo tower will rise as part of Selig’s 1105 West Peachtree project, which also includes an Autograph Collection hotel, 25,000 square feet of street-level retail and 660,000-square foot office tower, aligning with the planned Midtown Art Walk.
