Originally from Mexico City, Karime Beckmann has been a Florida resident for 18 years. Beckmann holds a master’s in hospitality management from FIU and a bachelor’s from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Prior to joining EWM, she worked in accounting at dck Worldwide, LLC in Mexico.
Sylvia L. Cordes has lived in Florida for 30 years but is a native of Nicaragua. Before joining EWM, Cordes worked as a sales manager at the Mutiny Hotel located in Coconut Grove. Cordes is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors, the Florida Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors.
Marlene Victoria Corpas is originally from New York City but has lived in Florida for 48 years. Corpas earned a degree from Miami Dade College. She worked as a business development manager for Paradise Lakes Family Dentist before joining EWM’s Coconut Grove branch.
Boasting 25 years in real estate, Jill Fitzgerald has lived in Florida for 49 years. Originally from Gainsville, Fla., Fitzgerald earned a business administration degree and a master’s in finance from the University of Miami. Prior to joining EWM, Fitzgerald was both the owner and a broker at JFI Realty Group. Fitzgerald is also a member of Miami Association of Realtors.
Juanita M. Lopez is originally from Colombia but has been living in Florida for 19 years. Lopez studied business and economics at Boston University and received a master’s in business administration from Kellogg School of Management. Before joining EWM, Lopez worked as a director at JMC Trading located in Miami.
Bringing 11 years of real estate experience to EWM, Arlene Valdes-Martinez has lived in Miami for 42 years. Valdes-Martinez previously worked as a sales associate for Swire Realty LLC where she was awarded with the company’s “Top Producer” distinction in 2016. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Barry University.
Originally from Switzerland, Jasmine Brigitte Wollach has lived in Florida for 37 years. A member of the Miami Association of Realtors, Wollach earned a bachelor of science in management from Barry University located in Miami.
