Knab comes to Nemphos Braue from Venable LLP in Baltimore, where she assisted companies through all stages of sales, acquisitions and mergers and advised borrowers and both commercial and non-commercial lenders in financing transactions. She also provided general corporate and securities law advice to startups, emerging growth, later-stage and public companies across an array of industries.

Knab is a summa cum laude graduate of both the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and University of Maryland, College Park. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and on the Board of Directors of Friends of Great Kids Farm.
