Miller, Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law, to Speak on the National Labor Relations Acts
David C. Miller, Esq., partner with national law firm Bryant Miller Olive, P.A. (BMO) in its Miami office, will speak about the National Labor Relations Act on Thursday, Jan. 18, 8–8:50 a.m., at the 18th Labor and Employment Law Annual Update and Certification Review. The event, which is a review for attorneys preparing to take the certification course for labor and employment law, will take place Jan. 18–19 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, at the entrance to Universal Orlando.
The event is presented by The Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee and the Labor and Employment Law Section. This is the second time Miller has presented to this group on the National Labor Relations Act.
“It is an honor to speak again at the Labor and Employment Law Annual Update and Certification Review,” said Miller. “There are not a lot of Florida lawyers with significant experience in practice under the National Labor Relations Act, but it is an incredibly important and influential aspect of labor law. I was lucky enough in my career to have early and intense exposure to NLRA litigation and day to day issues and I’ve closely followed developments in that law for decades. It’s a pleasure to be able to share that with lawyers seeking certification.”
