Shapiro, Blasi, Wasserman & Hermann announced that Genevieve Baisden has joined the firm as an associate.  She adds to the firm’s strength in general litigation and business litigation. 

Baisden comes to the firm after gaining litigation experience at Baisden & Perez, LLC and Clarke Silverglate, P.A.  where she handled significant caseloads and argued numerous hearings.  She was also a certified legal intern at the Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Clinic and a 711 Intern at the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office. 

She earned her J.D. at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  She is admitted to The Florida Bar, as well as the U.S. District Court – Southern District of Florida.  In addition, she is admitted to the Illinois Bar.
