PK Law Attorney Bryan R. Ebert is Named a 2017 Living Classrooms Rising Star

Pessin Katz Law, P.A. (PK Law) is pleased to announce that attorney Bryan R. Ebert has been named a 2017 Living Classrooms Rising Star by the Baltimore Business Journal. 

Living Classrooms Rising Stars, Presented by the Baltimore Business Journal in Baltimore and Politico in Washington, DC, are a select group of young professionals, under the age of 40, who are recognized as young philanthropists.

The Rising Stars program is aimed at engaging up-and-coming young professionals in philanthropy. Rising Stars honorees are nominated and selected based on their professional achievements and philanthropic efforts. Honorees participate in networking and philanthropic activities throughout the year. The program culminates with an awards celebration. The Rising Stars Awards Celebrations took place as part of Maritime Magic, celebrating the important work of Living Classrooms Foundation.

Bryan is an Associate in the Firm’s Medical Malpractice Defense Group where he focuses his practice on the defense of health care providers and health care institutions. Mr. Ebert also has litigation experience in the areas of large property loss, products liability, and insurance defense, having managed and tried civil cases throughout the State of Maryland.

Prior to concentrating his practice on civil litigation defense, Mr. Ebert served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Baltimore County.

Mr. Ebert received his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he also served as an Associate Editor for the University of Maryland Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender & Class. 

Prior to and during law school, Mr. Ebert worked as a Director at Morgan Stanley in the institutional securities group. While working with Morgan Stanley, Mr. Ebert received Awards for Excellence in Risk Management and integration of the Intercontinental Clearing Exchange.

Upon receipt of his J.D., Mr. Ebert clerked for the Honorable John G. Turnbull II at the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
