Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, has arranged the sale of a 5.1-acre development site adjacent to the University of Texas at Arlington.
Greysteel Managing Directors, Boyan Radic and Doug Banerjee; Senior Investment Associate, Andrew Mueller; and Investment Associate, Andrew Hanson who are all based in the company’s Dallas and Fort Worth offices represented Fountain Residential Partners and assisted in identifying and securing the 5.1-acre assemblage of three office buildings and one multifamily property that is situated on four separate parcels. This is the second UTA land assemblage, sold to Student Housing Developers that Boyan Radic has spearheaded in the Arlington sub-market.
The property, 8four8 Mitchell will be the premier student housing serving the University of Texas at Arlington in the epicenter of the campus.
