Clearview Group announced they have been named a Best Accounting Firm to Work For by Accounting Today, and the highest ranking mid-sized firm in the Mid-Atlantic. The list includes firms around the country that excel in employee satisfaction by incorporating tactics like transparent leadership and dynamic workplace design. Clearview placed 7th in the country for mid-sized firms, and 1st in the Mid-Atlantic region.

The annual survey is designed to recognize the best employers in the accounting profession based on a variety of factors. In order to qualify, firms had to follow certain eligibility requirements including: being a public accounting firm in the U.S., having a minimum of 15 employees, and having been in business a minimum of one year.

The survey evaluated workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. Additionally, it surveyed firm employees to measure the overall employee experience and satisfaction. The full 2017 list is made up of 100 firms from around the country. 

Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final ranking.
