Enrique “Henry” Piñeiro Awarded the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management

The Allen Morris Company, one of the largest diversified real estate firms in the Southeast, is proud to announce that Enrique “Henry” Piñeiro, Director of Property Management and Leasing, has earned the Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors®.

Cited in independent studies as the most important designation to consider in the hiring process, the CPM designation is awarded to real estate managers who meet the Institute’s stringent requirements in the areas of professional education, examination and experience as well as to members who follow the rigorous IREM Code of Professional Ethics.

With more than 28 years of commercial real estate experience in South Florida across various sectors including investment sales, tenant representation, property and asset management, mortgage lending and financial analysis, Piñeiro ensures that The Allen Morris Company’s portfolio of properties are fully leased, maintained and operated to the company’s high standards as the firm’s Director of Property Management and Leasing.

Piñeiro graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida International University with a double major in Finance and Real Estate and earned his Master’s degree in International Real Estate. He is a licensed real estate broker, real estate instructor and community association manager in the state of Florida, as well as a licensed mortgage loan originator. Additionally, Piñeiro also earned the prestigious LEED AP designation.

Actively involved in the South Florida community, Piñeiro dedicates his time to volunteering his expertise to several organizations. Most recently, he was appointed as vice chair of the Miami-Dade County Affordable Housing Advisory Board for 2016-2017, and as a member of the Miami-Dade County Municipal Advisory Committee serving District 11 for 2016-2018. Piñeiro is secretary on the board of directors for Florida International University Alumni Association and on the Professional Standards Committee for the Realtor Association of Miami. He serves on the board of directors of the Alzheimer’s Association Southeast Florida Chapter, with additional involvement in the organization’s national Mission Forward Advisory Board.
