NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cassin & Cassin LLP, a law firm specializing in real estate, real estate finance and trusts and estates, today announced that Scott D. Schwartz has been promoted to Partner effective November 1, 2017.
Mr. Schwartz, who joined Cassin & Cassin as an associate in 2011 and is based in the firm’s New York City office, utilizes his deep experience in structured finance to represent institutional lenders in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan originations and executions. He specializes in closing commercial real estate loans, for a wide variety of asset classes, that are intended for securitization or other sale in the secondary market. He also leads the firm’s Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan program. Prior to Cassin, Mr. Schwartz was an associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, where he represented real estate developers, public and private companies and individual investors in the structuring of various real estate transactions. Throughout his career, Mr. Schwartz has cultivated expertise in the acquisition, sale, development and financing of commercial, retail and residential properties in all 50 states.
