Kennith Praay, Monument City Brewing with Diva Bole, PK Law. The brewery opened a taproom within its new 12,800 square foot brewing operation on N. Haven Street in Highlandtown this spring. The new facility has the ability to produce 20,000 barrels annually.
Max Lents of The Baltimore Whiskey Company with Bill Waters of Wilimar. The distillery opened for business in 2015 when they first started producing rye whiskey, along with several other products including Shot Tower Gin, Charles Street Apple Brandy and 1904 Ginger Apple Liqueur. Despite this relatively short history, they can now claim the company as the oldest rye whiskey distillery that is currently in production in Baltimore.
