MIC CEO James Hooke to Become CEO of Macquarie Atlas Roads in 2018

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation (NYSE:MIC) announced that its Chief Executive Officer, James Hooke, is expected to be appointed CEO of Macquarie Atlas Roads (ASX:MQA) in early 2018.

MIC announced in September of this year that Hooke is expected to step down from his current position with MIC in early 2018. Hooke’s appointment as MQA CEO is expected to be effective on February 1, 2018. He will remain a member of the MIC board of directors.

MQA is an Australian Stock Exchange listed owner and operator of toll roads in France, Germany, Switzerland and the U.S. Hooke will assume the role currently held by Peter Trent, MQA’s chief executive for the past eight years.
