Warschawski’s Sam Ruchlewicz To Speak At The Digital Analytics Association Symposium

10/12/17

Warschawski, a full-service advertising, marketing, digital, public relations, branding, web design, creative and crisis communications agency, announced today that Sam Ruchlewicz, Director of Digital Strategy and Data Analytics, will serve as an expert speaker at the Digital Analytics Association Symposium on October 19, 2017 at Drexel University in Philadelphia.

His session, “Ethical Analytics: Creating Data-Driven Culture,” will focus on the intersection of business, data and ethics—beginning with the case for creating a data-driven culture then delving into the common pitfalls, ethical issues and flawed processes that undermine that culture.

Attendees of his session can expect to learn about proven approaches for how organizations can implement a data-driven culture and secure buy-in from stakeholders of all levels, practical tactics that can help uncover data that is being manipulated, and the principles and processes that can be used to support an ethical, data-driven culture. Sam’s session will begin promptly at 4:15 p.m.

The Digital Analytics Association Symposium will bring together analysts and business leaders to address ethics in analytics and its importance in the business community. Through presentations and breakout sessions, participants will learn about the different aspects of ethical standards in analytics reporting, from how analysts determine their responsibility to represent data accurately and honestly to suggestions of how best to handle situations in which you’re asked to report information contrary to what the data tells you.

Many organizations are increasingly adopting data-driven strategies but very few are focusing on how that data is being collected, used, and potentially manipulated to support a favored point of view,” said Sam Ruchlewicz, Director of Digital Strategy and Data Analyticsat Warschawski. “I’m thrilled to be speaking at the Digital Analytics Association Symposium and look forward to sharing my experiences with attendees. My hope is that they’ll leave the session prepared and inspired to create a data-driven culture that delivers business results in an ethical and sustainable way.”
