Maria DeLuzio is a skillful litigator with extensive experience in civil litigation, employment litigation, and appellate practice.  She defends a wide variety of clients in asbestos litigation, as well as in general tort and business litigation.  Maria also has represented businesses and Massachusetts towns in employment issues before the courts in the Commonwealth and at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut. 

Michael Leedberg’s practice centers upon litigation defense and trial advocacy for tort and civil rights claims in Massachusetts and Connecticut State and Federal Courts. Michael also defends public employers against charges of discrimination before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. Prior to practicing law, Michael was employed as a Complex Claims and Appeals Specialist for a large, Hartford-based disability insurance company and as an adjuster for an independent adjustment firm. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
