The Premier Commercial Real Estate Coaching Organization Continues to Increase Its Membership Base

The Massimo Group, North America’s premier commercial real estate consulting and coaching organization, is proud to announce four additions to its coaching roster. Industry experts Mike Gallegos, Eric Hellenbrand, Walt Clements and JM Padron have joined the Massimo Group team. Collectively, these coaches have over a hundred years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and will now be sharing their knowledge with the firm’s clients nationwide.

“I could not be more thrilled about this class of coaches,” said Bo Barron, executive vice president of The Massimo Group. “Walt Clements is the former CEO of the CCIM Institute and Eric Hillenbrand is a CCIM instructor. We have also added a hard-charger named Mike Gallegos, CCIM from the west coast who manages multiple offices in three different states while still being a top producer. And, we also have our first Spanish-speaking coach, JM Padron, CCIM who will now allow the Massimo Group to expand into the Latin American market.”

Clements has been in brokerage since 1971, received his CCIM designation in 1976 and has been a CCIM instructor for the past 37 years. During his career, he has built and grown many successful brokerage firms, including serving as senior vice president of the largest full service real estate firm in the Midwest. Currently, he is the president and CEO of two holding companies, one of which is a privately owned real estate investment and development company with over 2 million square feet of office and industrial space and development land.

Hellenbrand has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of investment grade retail shopping centers and single-tenant net-leased real estate investments. He currently serves as a retail investment specialist for Marcus & Millichap.

Gallegos serves as the managing director of the Portland, OR office and sales manager for offices in Phoenix, AZ and San Antonio, TX of Sperry Van Ness, where he helps with recruiting, training, mentoring and strategic expansion. In this capacity, he also services as the broker of record for the firm’s advisors in Oregon and Southern Washington.

Gallegos is the first vice president of the Oregon and Southern Washington CCIM chapter and has accumulated enough brokerage success to earn the coveted CCIM designation.

Padron is the president and CEO of Re/Max Commercial Associates, a full brokerage real estate company with approximately 15 commercial brokers. During his real estate career, he has closed more than $500 million in commercial deals and leased more than 500,000 square feet of retail and office space. He has more than 30 years of experience in management, business development and mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and international. Padron’s hire also signifies the expansion of the Massimo Group programs and platform into the Latin American market.

“This will be our first foray in the Latin American market, and I’m grateful to my team, specifically JM Padron, for making this market expansion happen,” said Founder Rod Santomassimo. “We are looking forward to serving Spanish-speaking clients and helping them grow their commercial real estate businesses and careers.”

The Massimo Group currently has 24 coaches, who have an excess of 500 years of experience in all sectors of the commercial real estate industry. To date, the Massimo Group has coached over 1,000 members, whose individual results are the best measure of Massimo’s success. Currently, Massimo members pipeline value is more than one half of a trillion dollars, and Massimo members consistently out-earn their industry peers by seven times.
