Day Pitney Welcomes Eleven New Associates for Fall 2017

Day Pitney LLP today announced that eleven new associates are joining the firm this fall across its offices.

"Our fall class is an impressive group with a diverse set of skills and experience,” said Day Pitney Managing Partner Stanley A. Twardy, Jr. “The new associates also reflect a period of robust growth at Day Pitney in 2017, including recent hires in rapidly expanding practice areas.” These new hires include Danielle Corcione, Government Enforcement and White Collar Criminal Defense; Adam Grant, Complex Commercial Litigation; Von Sanborn, Family Office Practice and Art Law; and David Waizer, Private Equity and Venture Capital.

The eleven new associates are:

Zachary V. Alexander, Trusts and Estates and Individual Clients. Alexander was a summer apprentice with Day Pitney in 2015 and served as judicial law clerk to The Honorable Peter T. Zarella and then, The Honorable Gregory T. D’Auria of the Connecticut Supreme Court. He received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his B.A. from Wesleyan University. He will be a resident of the firm’s West Hartford, Connecticut office.

Taylor C. Amato, Real Estate and Land Use. Amato received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Gettysburg College. She will be a resident of the firm’s Hartford, Connecticut office.

Amberly Nicole Beye, Complex Commercial Litigation. Beye was a summer associate with Day Pitney in 2016. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Drew University. She will be a resident of the firm’s Parsippany, New Jersey office.

Alexis L. Beyerlein, Complex Commercial Litigation. Beyerlein was a summer apprentice with Day Pitney in 2015. She served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Bethany J. Alvord of the Connecticut Appellate Court. Beyerlein earned her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from the College of the Holy Cross. She will be a resident of the firm’s Hartford, Connecticut office.

Jaclyn M. D’Esposito, Public Securities. D’Esposito was a summer apprentice with the firm in 2015 and served as judicial law clerk to The Honorable Robert P. Contillo of the Chancery Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She earned her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston College. She will be a resident of the firm’s Parsippany, New Jersey office.

Brian J. Glenn, Complex Commercial Litigation. Glenn was a summer associate with Day Pitney in 2016. He received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, his Ph.D. from Oxford University, his M.A. from Brown University, his M.Phil from Oxford University and his B.A. from Wesleyan University. He will be a resident of the firm’s Hartford, Connecticut office.

Alyssa A. Helal, Complex Tort Litigation. Helal received her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and her Bachelor of Music from the University of Miami. She will be a resident of the firm’s Hartford, Connecticut office.

Jeffrey M. Kole, Private Equity and Finance. Kole who was a summer associate with the firm in 2016. He received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and his B.A. from Rutgers University. He will be a resident of the firm’s Parsippany, New Jersey office.

Alyssa R. Musmanno, Complex Commercial Litigation. Musmanno was a summer apprentice with the firm in 2015 and served as judicial law clerk to The Honorable Douglas M. Fasciale of the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.S., cum laude, from Boston College. She will be a resident of the firm’s Parsippany, New Jersey office.

Michael Schoeneberger, Government Enforcement and White Collar Criminal Defense. Schoeneberger previously served as judicial law clerk to The Honorable Andrew J. McDonald of the Connecticut Supreme Court and as a court attorney with the New York Court of Appeals. He received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Cortland. He will be a resident of the firm’s Stamford, Connecticut office.

Laura H. Schuman, Employment and Labor. Schuman is currently completing a clerkship with the NLRB Honors Program. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from Connecticut College. She will be a resident of the firm’s Parsippany, New Jersey office.
