Pinnacle Bank is due in town late this month with new black signs, debit cards and Nashville, Tennessee, leadership as it absorbs BNC Bank, effective Sept. 25.
Pinnacle has assured BNC customers that many account details won’t change, such as most account numbers. BNC customers can use their existing supply of checks. Statement cycles and office hours also will stay the same and automatic debits tied to accounts will continue uninterrupted, Pinnacle said in a 17-page mailing to customers.
New debit cards will be issued, but customers will use the same mobile banking app and online banking platform. Pinnacle uses the web address mypinnacle.com.
